How to Choose a Size
Choose your size based on your ankle circumference:
- For an ankle circumference of 20 to 23.4 cm, choose size S/M.
- For an ankle circumference of 23.5 to 26.5 cm, choose size L/XL.

The ankle support can be worn with guards (shin guard or shin guard and foot guard), in contact with the skin.
