The button on the handle lets you lock the blade in the open position as well as in the closed position to avoid untimely opening.
The stainless-steel (5CR13) blade is sharp and sturdy. Be careful when handling the product not to cut yourself.
Care instructions
The product is dishwasher-compatible, however repeated washing can blunt the blade slightly. We therefore advise you, especially for the version with the wooden handle, to wash it by hand with soapy water. Dry the product after washing.
