Advice from our team:
Here's our advice for the best results on your chain/drive train: Apply the degreaser with a paintbrush or your chain cleaner.
Scrub hard-to-reach spots with a brush (drive train rollers, cassettes).
Leave for a few seconds before rinsing with water until all residue and black marks disappear. Then dry the chain and drive train with a microfibre cloth or compressed air.
You can then lubricate the parts.
How much degreaser should you use?
If you use a brush to apply this degreaser, you'll need about 25 ml of product for a good application (about 20 uses with this bottle).
If you use this degreaser with our chain cleaner, you will need 9 ml per use (i.e. 55 uses with this 500 ml bottle).
How to look after your bike:
To ensure optimal maintenance, we recommend that you follow these 3 steps:
1. degrease your drive train
2. clean your bike
3. lubricate your chain
How to use this product:
This plant-based degreaser is designed for doing step 1. Once you've applied the degreaser, spray the bike with the cleaner and rinse and dry it (step 2), then apply your bike lube (step 3). Your bike will be as good as new.

Remember to degrease your chain before greasing it in order to remove any residue that could make abrasive contact with your drivetrain. This will help your equipment last longer and save you money.
