What is breathable fabric?
Breathable fabrics, like the ones used for this product, wick perspiration away more quickly than a classic fabric. Their ability to dry out quickly and let water vapour escape means that your hands stay dry. To determine whether a fabric is breathable, we measure its evaporative resistance (test based on standard ISO 11092).
The lower its resistance, the more the fabric will let water vapour produced by the body escape, and therefore the more breathable it is
Easy to put on and take off
These gloves have a rip-tab to make them easy to put on. And it's just as easy to take them off thanks to the two fabric pieces on the middle fingers (there's an arrow so you can spot them easily!)
Why wear cycling gloves?
It's essential to wear gloves when cycling. With their foam padding, these gloves absorb vibrations in the handlebars caused by the terrain. What's more, they protect your hands from Mother Nature (insects, lots of vegetation when mountain biking, etc.). The thumb is made from soft fabric that absorbs perspiration - perfect for wiping your brow.
