Integrate a water ball to intensify your workouts

We asked 25 people to do an elevated lunge (using just one hand) with a 3 kg medicine ball, then with a 3 kg water ball. The results when comparing the 2 products were as follows: our water ball leads to a 36% increase in biceps work, a 21% increase in abs work, and a 17% increase for the glutes (on average).
