10kg barbell kit contents
- 1 solid 2kg bar, diameter: 28mm, length: 35cm,
- 2 disc collars,
- 4 x 1kg plates, diameter: 28mm (135mm diameter, 13mm thickness)
- 2 x 2kg plates, diameter: 28mm (175mm diameter, 18mm thickness)
All the weights are made of cast iron, so they'll last a long time (so long as they are stored in a dry place)
Use your 10kg barbell kit safely
The disc collars should always be placed on the barbell after loading with weights.
Note that they do not support more than 15kg in a hammer grip (vertical position).

Our coach suggests a toning workout with this 10kg kit
Upper body work:
- Seated shoulder press with bar, 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps
- Barbell rows, 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps
Lower body work:
- Lunges with bar, 3x12 for each leg
Always keep a 2-rep margin and recover for 1 minute between sets.
You can increase the load or the number of reps between workouts.
Caring for your cast iron plates
Moisture is cast iron's greatest enemy, so always store your weights and bar in a dry place.
Clean the bar and plates with a damp cloth after each workout.
Then store all parts of your kit in a dry place!
Never store your bar or weights outdoors or in a cellar.
