Why did we create this product?
At Kimjaly, our teams design products that are essential for doing yoga. As always, our goal is to do more with less, not only for the product but also in the design process.
This product has been designed to provide stability during all yoga practices while being easily transportable. This mat is 185 cm long, 65 cm wide and 4 mm thick. It weighs 1.6 kg.
How is the product made?
This product is made of 100% natural cork made in Europe and a layer of partly recycled rubber.
This mat was manufactured in Europe for the European market and in Asia for the Asian market in a local-for-local logic in order to limit the transport of goods.

Why reduce the impact of Kimjaly products?
At Kimjaly, we are convinced that yogis throughout the world are very sensitive to the social and environmental issues faced by our planet.
Respect for the philosophy of yoga, in addition to the team's convictions, pushes us to go even further in the field of eco-design.
This meets Decathlon's overall objective, which is to offer 100% eco-designed products by 2026.
Caring for your mat
To clean your mat, wipe down with warm soapy water and allow to air-dry before rolling up. Do not leave it in the sun. Do not machine wash!
An item from the Kimjaly Premium collection
This autumn, Decathlon's Kimjaly brand is launching a new range of technical, responsibly designed products that have been specially created for advanced yogis.
The Premium collection was born of the desire to offer more specialist products targeted at responsible, engaged, demanding users who want that sense of belonging to a yoga community.
The responsibly designed Kimjaly Premium collection
At Kimjaly, our design teams see responsible design as a cornerstone of our yoga offer. In 2023, more than 85% of our total collection will be responsibly designed.
For the Premium collection, we've taken things one step further and reduced our environmental footprint even more.
For some sets, we have made the choice of made in Portugal production. For some mats, we have made the choice of innovative recycled components.
The technical, durable Kimjaly Premium collection
Giving yogis what they need is what drives the Premium collection. The Kimjaly team's top priority was to create that second-skin feel using stretchy yet opaque fabrics, and focusing on the sensory aspect of the products (touch, smell, feel, colours), breathability and support during use. The ultimate aim was to offer a range of long-lasting, technical products approved by testers.
The Kimjaly Premium collection: approved by yoga teachers
The Kimjaly brand has been running workshops and holding other meetings with yoga teachers for several years to find out exactly what advanced yogis need. Our research and design team carefully considers all of their hopes and expectations, before combining them to create the Premium collection.
