The light support sports bra is ideal for doing low-impact fitness activities such as Pilates, stretching and strength training. The support level is especially well suited for small bust sizes.
Why is it so easy to move in this light support cotton crop top?
Sport is all about getting moving. And being able to perform every action as comfortably as possible means wearing clothing that leaves you free to move around. This sports bra does exactly that. We started by adding elastane to the already stretchy cotton. The elastane enhances the cotton's natural stretch to follow your every movement. We've also given it a racer back to free up your shoulder blades.
How does the light support cotton crop top keep you feeling dry?
Prepared to get your sports bra a bit sweaty during your workouts, but don't really like how it leaves you feeling damp? To avoid this unpleasant feeling, we've made this sports bra from a technical fabric that wicks perspiration. The result is that, even when you're really going for it, sweat is pulled to the outside of the fabric to keep you feeling dry!
What shape is this light support cotton crop top?

What's the purpose of the removable foam cups?
This sports bra has soft cups with foam pads that you can remove through the special openings. Foam cups provide additional comfort and support by covering more of your breasts.
Why is it essential to protect your breasts during physical activity?
Exercise can really strain your breasts as they're very fragile and supported mainly by skin. Regardless of your cup size or age, the movements and bouncing that your breasts are subjected to that can create a force of up to five times their weight, depending on the intensity of your activity. Wearing a sports bra offers the essential support, comfort and protection you need. It protects your breasts from impacts, pain and premature sagging.
High, medium or light support: why have different levels?
When you exercise, your breasts are put through stresses and strains that stretch the skin and ligaments. If you aren't wearing any support, you're more likely to suffer from pain or premature sagging. Conversely, too much support can cause damage in the long term. It's therefore important to make sure that your bra offers the right level of support for your cup size and the intensity of your activity. The aim is to protect your bust without altering natural breast movement.
What are the support levels offered by Decathlon's sports bras?
Our sports bras are approved in our laboratories. They undergo a breast support test. This test assesses the reduction in the breasts' acceleration during a sports activity. There are three levels of support: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.
How should you choose the level of support you need?
The level of support that you need will vary depending on your activity. There are three options:
- Level 1: light support for activities that cause gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.);
- Level 3: medium support for activities that lead to a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.);
- Level 5: high support for activities involving intensive movements (step aerobics, running, trampolining, etc.).
I'm not sure which bra size I need. How do I measure it?
Keeping your breasts comfortable and supported means choosing the right bra size for your body. To find the right size, follow these steps:
- Stand in front of a mirror and hold a tape measure horizontally at the top of your back, towards the bottom of your shoulder blades.
- Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust.
- Take the measurement without pulling it tight.

How are Decathlon's sports bras designed?

By getting rid of seams over the nipples, we reduce the risk of chafing. And by prioritising perspiration-wicking fabrics, we keep you comfortable while significantly reducing the risk of skin irritation.
How should you look after the light support cotton crop top?
This bra is designed for intensive sports use and can be washed very frequently. We recommend that you remove the foam cups before washing. Place the bra and its foam cups in our laundry bag, which is sold separately (ref. 8505236) . Wash it at no more than 30°C using a liquid detergent. Powder detergents and softeners can affect the fabric's breathability. We don't recommend tumble drying this sports bra.

Test product
Support: the support is tested and approved by testers in the Decathlon laboratory using breast displacement measurements. Each size is individually tested. Perspiration wicking: the perspiration wicking test is carried out on each fabric, in the laboratory, to check that the fabric absorbs, transfers moisture from the inside to the outside of the fabric and wicks it away. Washing: Washing and drying tests guarantee good shape and colour.

The product has been tested by various female testers in the Decathlon laboratory to validate the support provided. Then a panel of female testers tried it out during an indoor weight training session (protocolled use test) to confirm its ease and comfort during sporting activities. They then continued the long-term test for 6 months to put the product through its paces.
